Andrey Krylov joined NFA as Head of Securities Markets Division in January 2018. In this role, he is responsible for Russian and international securities markets, precious metals market, international cooperation and research. Before joining NFA, Mr Krylov spent nearly four years at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia). He served as Chief economist of Foreign Authorities and International Organizations Cooperation Unit of the Financial Market Development Department of the Bank of Russia. In this capacity, he was responsible for cooperation with foreign authorities and international organizations in the field of the development of financial markets and research of the international best practices’ frameworks for the further adoption by the Bank of Russia.
