He is well connected with various segments of agri-value chain, and demonstrates prowess, both in physical as well as Futures market. Kapil has wide experience in the field of Strategy & Business Development as well as Corporate Planning. Kapil previously worked with companies such as Shriram Fertilizers & Chemicals and Monsanto India Limited in various capacities. He has also worked with Glencore India Private Ltd in capacity of trader Grain and Pulses. An agriculture graduate from Pantnagar University, Kapil also holds an MBA degree in agriculture from Rajasthan Agricultural University. His keen interest to associate closely with the entire agri value chain, from farmers to end users, helps him gather acute knowledge of trading behavior & business requirement of various segments.
